This video will take you through a sequence that will prepare you for wheel pose, or chakrasana.

We will go through some poses with the hammock that will warm up the spine so it is ready for a backbend.

While having the hammock, we will also just have some fun!

It is great to play! The hammock can give us an opportunity to go deeper into high lunge and warrior one.

There is a bit of core work, and it will be a great time all around!
