This 7-minute yoga trapeze video will show you some fun things to do your yoga trapeze! It is a 7-minute yoga routine that will assist you with ways to work the core using your yoga trapeze. It will show you how to use the trapeze for alignment and strength. This will be a great video to help you get some use out of your yoga trapeze.

You will do poses that will stretch the body, and work the core. It will help support you in inversions and give you a few new ideas for the hammock. There will be some poses that will have you using your mad balancing skills! You can also go deeper into some of the poses.

This yoga sequence can be done by all levels, but if you are new to the practice feel free to modify the pose. ALWAYS listen to your body so you avoid injury! It is best to practice yoga often; even 10 minutes a day can help so much with flexibility and overall well-being.
