This is a belly dancing video to teach you about the body wave. It is a belly dancing basics to build your foundation. This video will show you how to move the chest & hips properly in order to do the body wave.
We will go over how to move the chest and hips in a loose manner so you can be loose when you do this. We will put it to music, and practice several times. Then you can practice against a door frame and show it some love!
