This is a belly dancing video to teach you about the body wave. It is a belly dancing basics to build your foundation. This video will show you how to move the chest & hips properly in order to do the body wave.

 

 

 

We will go over how to move the chest and hips in a loose manner so you can be loose when you do this. We will put it to music, and practice several times. Then you can practice against a door frame and show it some love!

  I recommend checking out the rest of the videos that are on my channel. There are guided meditations, breathing techniques, Pilates, and yoga. Having some variety in your fitness routine is so important!
