This video will help you with balancing the throat chakra! It is a 30 minute yoga routine that will assist you balancing your throat area. You may need to grab a block for this practice.

This will be a great video to help you stretch and honor your neck. We will do poses that will stretch neck, shoulders, sides & back. It will assist you in speaking your truth, but also with listening. Both are integral for having a balanced visuddha chakra.

This yoga sequence can be done by all levels, but if you are new to the practice feel free to modify the pose. ALWAYS listen to your body so you avoid injury! It is best to practice yoga often; even 10 minutes a day can help so much with flexibility and overall well-being.
