This yoga video is an evening practice that will have you moving but is still restive. It is a 15-minute yoga routine that will assist you with calming the mind and moving the body after a long day. You may need to grab a block for this practice.
You will do poses that will stretch the body, and there will be forward folds incorporated into this practice. It will honor our need to stretch the spine. There will be some poses that will have you getting prepared for bed. The sequence is gentle, and it is a great way to take it down a notch after a long or stressful day.
This yoga sequence can be done by all levels, but if you are new to the practice feel free to modify the pose. ALWAYS listen to your body so you avoid injury! It is best to practice yoga often; even 10 minutes a day can help so much with flexibility and overall well-being.
