This yoga video is a routine that can get you into lotus pose. It is a 10-minute yoga routine that will assist you with loosening the hips so you can comfortably get into lotus pose. As a result, you may be able to help with any sciatic pain that you experience. You may need to grab a block for this practice.

You will do poses that warm up the spine. It will honor our need to stretch and work to really open up the hips. It will give you some fantastic poses to do to get the hips warmed up enough to get into the pose or on your way to doing the pose. This yoga sequence can be done by all levels, but if you are new to the practice feel free to modify the pose. ALWAYS listen to your body so you avoid injury! It is best to practice yoga often; even 10 minutes a day can help so much with flexibility and overall well-being.
