This yoga video is a morning practice that will get your ass you moving! It only takes 20 minutes. This yoga routine that will assist you with motivating yourself for the day ahead of you. You may need to grab a block for this practice.
You will start off by doing Sun salutations to get the blood pumping and the body warmed up. You will work the core and find your balance before the day begins. The sequence is invigorating and will help you get your head in the game. You will be able to kick ass and take names after you do this practice!!
This yoga sequence can be done by all levels, but if you are new to the practice feel free to modify the pose. ALWAYS listen to your body so you avoid injury! It is best to practice yoga often; even 10 minutes a day can help so much with flexibility and overall well-being.
