This ball pilates video is a 20-minute practice that will get you moving! It will assist you with motivating yourself for the day ahead of you and getting your body in better shape. You will need to grab a ball for this practice. You will work the core and find your balance with several different flow sequences.
The sequence is invigorating and will have you feeling the abdominal region getting some love. You will be able to kick ass and take names after you do this practice!! You will wrap the practice up by doing gentle stretches to get the body cooled down.
This pilates sequence can be done by all levels, but if you are new to the practice feel free to modify the pose. ALWAYS listen to your body so you avoid injury!
