This video is a meditation for positive energy, it will give you a 5 minute guided meditation that will help you raise your energy. It was inspired by Abraham Hicks! You may need to grab a chair or a cushion for this practice. If you are having a day with low energy, this will be a great way to get your energy back up. It will honor our need to be gentle with ourselves from time to time. There is a lot of emphasis on listening to and honoring your body exactly where you are at right now. Having a daily meditation practice can improve your life in so many ways!
