This yoga video will help you work the legs, ass & abs! It is a 15-minute yoga routine that will assist you in getting the blood pumping and the muscles working. You will find some redemption for the overeating that you did this year. You probably won’t need anything other than a yoga mat for this practice. This will be a great video to help you get moving.
You will do poses that will stretch the body, and work the core. It will honor our need to stretch and warm up the spine. There will be some opportunities to work the oblique muscles. There will be some poses that will have you engaging the core and really feeling the effects!
This yoga sequence can be done by all levels, but if you are new to the practice feel free to modify the pose. ALWAYS listen to your body so you avoid injury! It is best to practice yoga often; even 10 minutes a day can help so much with flexibility and overall well-being.
