This video is a powerful heart-opening yoga sequence. It is a 30-minute beginner video. You may need a strap for this video.
It will work on stretching and opening and stretching the front of the torso and the quads. It will strengthen the glutes, hamstrings, calves and the back. We will also work on building strength in the arms.
This yoga can be done by all levels of students. If you are new to the practice or healing from an injury, feel free to modify any of the poses or just go to child’s pose. Always listen to your body. It is best to practice yoga often, even if you only have 10 minutes a day it can change your life!
