This video is a restorative yin yoga sequence, it will give you a gentle practice. It is a 20 minute yoga routine that will show you how to relax and release in your yoga practice. You may need to grab a couple of bulsters (or some firm couch cushions), a firm pillow, blanket and 2 blocks for this practice.

This will be a great video to help take some time for yourself. You will hold the poses for several minutes, and it will allow you to release into the pose. It will honor your need to be gentle with ourselves from time to time. There is a lot of emphasis on listening to and honoring your body exactly where you are at right now.

This yoga sequence can be done by all levels, but if you are new to the practice feel free to modify the pose. ALWAYS listen to your body so you avoid injury! It is best to practice yoga often; even 10 minutes a day can help so much with flexibility and overall well-being.

I recommend checking out the rest of the videos that are quite gentle series that I am working on! Having the wisdom to honor your body when you are not feeling the best is so important! Here are the links!!
