This video will guide you through a yoga routine that uses silk.

It can allow you to get into a shoulder stand even if you have shoulder troubles or are usually fearful of trying this pose.

The silk provides a lot of support that can make inversions much more accessible.

We will warm up the spine first, and then go through some step by step poses to get you into shoulder stand, and then plow pose.

So hang out with me (ha ha ha ha!!!) and have some fun in the hammocks!!
