This yoga video gives you some shoulder stretches that can loosen up the shoulders. It is a 10-minute yoga routine that will assist you with working out any tension in the body after a long day. You may need to grab a strap for this practice. The entire practice can be done while sitting in a chair!
You will do poses that will stretch the neck and rotate the shoulders. It will honor our need to stretch the cervical spine. There will be some poses that will have you getting better mobility in the shoulders The sequence is gentle and it will show you how to do reverse prayer at the end; if you are interested in attempting this pose!
This yoga sequence can be done by all levels, but if you are new to the practice feel free to modify the pose. ALWAYS listen to your body so you avoid injury!
