This video will help you with your technique and alignment! It is a short yoga video that will assist you with transitioning from downward facing dog to high (or low) lunge. You may need to grab a couple of blocks for this practice.

This will be a great video to help you get your yoga practice honed in. I must admit that I drug my feet for several years during this transition. I just thought that my legs were so much longer than my torso! It will assist you with building up core and shoulder strength. It will also help you to build up confidence by knowing how to successfully transition from one pose to the next.

This yoga sequence can be done by all levels, but if you are new to the practice feel free to modify the pose. ALWAYS listen to your body so you avoid injury! It is best to practice yoga often; even 10 minutes a day can help so much with flexibility and overall well-being.

I recommend checking out some other videos that go in depth about how to do the yoga postures. It can help you with alignment and keep you from getting injured! Here are the links!!
