This video will help you with balancing the third eye chakra! It is a 20 minute yoga routine that will assist you balancing your third eye area. You may need to grab a block for this practice. This will be a great video to help you get in touch with your intuition.

We will do poses that will stretch the body, and also work to activate the third eye by doing some eye exercises. It will assist you in opening up this area if it is blocked. The ajna chakra, or third eye chakra, can be stimulated by placing the thumbs on it.

This yoga sequence can be done by all levels, but if you are new to the practice feel free to modify the pose. ALWAYS listen to your body so you avoid injury! It is best to practice yoga often; even 10 minutes a day can help so much with flexibility and overall well-being.
