This yoga video is a home practice that instructs you how to use props to get into wheel pose! It is a 20 minute yoga routine that will assist you warming up the body and doing poses that will prepare you for wheel pose. You may need to grab 2 blocks and a yoga ball for this practice.

This will be a great video to help you get your chest opened up. You will do poses that will stretch the body, and help with doing gentle back bends at first. It will honor our need to stretch and warm up the spine. There will be some poses that will have you getting prepared for wheel, which is an intense back bend! If this is not your style, no worries! The yoga ball can be used to go gently into a back bend, or you can do supported bridge.

This yoga sequence can be done by all levels, but if you are new to the practice feel free to modify the pose. ALWAYS listen to your body so you avoid injury! It is best to practice yoga often; even 10 minutes a day can help so much with flexibility and overall well-being.
