This video will help you through the process if you have a broken heart.
It can be a dark time if you have had your heart broken.
We will begin with meditation and sitting with our emotions and accepting them. This seems counter-intuitive.
But with allowing them to be, it will allow us to accept the pain, and begin the process of healing.
There are several forward folds in this practice.
This will help to calm the mind and the body. We can also focus on opening up the heart.
Our natural tendency is to build walls around us to keep ourselves safe when we are hurt.
This closes down our heart chakra and we are not able to love or be loved, to our potential.
