This video is a beginner’s yoga for balance.
There are basic poses in the yoga flow that should be attainable for a beginner.
The pace is slower and there are modifications that are offered.
A strap can be used for the extended hand to foot pose, or it can be done up against a wall.
Blocks can be used if reaching the floor seems unobtainable for this session.
