This video is yoga for constipation, it will give you a gentle practice. It is a 15-minute yoga routine that will assist you in getting your abdomen massaged and stretched. You may need to grab a pillow for this practice.

This will be a great video to help you get your internal organs stimulated. You will do poses that will gently stretch the body and honor natural bodily functions. It will honor our need to be gentle with ourselves from time to time. There is a lot of emphasis on listening to and honoring your body exactly where you are at right now.

This yoga sequence can be done by all levels, but if you are new to the practice feel free to modify the pose. ALWAYS listen to your body so you avoid injury! It is best to practice yoga often; even 10 minutes a day can help so much with flexibility and overall well-being.
