This yoga video is for those that struggle with seasonal affective disorder (SAD). It is a 20-minute yoga routine for beginners. You may need to grab a yoga block for this practice.
This will be a great video to help you if you are feeling a little down in the dumps. You will do poses that will stretch the body, it will honor your need to take care of yourself when the days are shorter and there is less light. You can use modifications if you need to.
This yoga sequence can be done by all levels, but if you are new to the practice feel free to modify the pose. ALWAYS listen to your body so you avoid injury! It is best to practice yoga often; even 10 minutes a day can help so much with flexibility and overall well-being.
