This video is yoga for tight hips and flexors. It is a 15-minute yoga routine that will assist you with loosening up tight hips. You may need to grab a block for this practice. The entire practice is going to show you how to overcome having tight hips! You will do poses that open up the hips and warm up the spine. It will honor our need to stretch and work to really open up the hips.
This yoga sequence can be done by all levels, but if you are new to the practice feel free to modify the pose. ALWAYS listen to your body so you avoid injury! It is best to practice yoga often; even 10 minutes a day can help so much with flexibility and overall well-being.
