This yoga video is to help you breathe better! It will be great for you if you have respiratory problems. It is a 10-minute yoga routine that will assist you with any breathing problems that you may be having. You may need to grab a block for this practice.

The entire practice is gentle and covers some breathing techniques! You will do poses that will open up the chest and help with drainage. It will honor our need to stretch the cervical spine. There will be puppy pose that will help you with drainage in your nose. The sequence is gentle and it will show you breath of fire, single nostril breathing and double nostril breathing too!

This yoga sequence can be done by all levels, but if you are new to the practice feel free to modify the pose. ALWAYS listen to your body so you avoid injury! It is best to practice yoga often; even 10 minutes a day can help so much with flexibility and overall well-being. I recommend checking out these other videos that I have created!
