This video is yoga with props. It is a 20-minute yoga routine that will assist you in getting some use out of those yoga block!. You will definitely need to grab two blocks and an open wall for this practice.

 

 

 

This will be a great video to help you get a new spin on some poses that you may do often. You will do poses that will have you stretching a little differently. It will give you a couple of opportunities to use your balance with the blocks and a wall as well. There is a lot of emphasis on listening to and honoring your body.

 

 

 

This yoga sequence can be done by all levels, but if you are new to the practice feel free to modify the pose. ALWAYS listen to your body so you avoid injury! It is best to practice yoga often; even 10 minutes a day can help so much with flexibility and overall well-being.
